Many naturally carbonated mineral spring fountains, are located throughout this Historic town. They are available for drinking for all who wish to enjoy the healing benefits. MRPM, LLC is environmentally conscious.
All of the rental units that MRPM, LLC manages are in the historic district, and were not built to current energy conservation standards, but most of the units meet the guidelines of the Manitou Springs Green Rental Organization.
